i have read the FAQ too, but i cant get AustibloxLauncher.exe to quite run as an administrator

the full text is "Failed to check for updates. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS Secure channel"

That helped, but for some reason

i think it might be because i picked the free version or i just have to reinstall the client

I got it to work, it took like 2 days worth of working or so, but I have to "Verify" in discord which I don't use, I heard that that you can also wait 7 days (a week) to have your account verified, is this a true fact or do I have to be stuck with launchers?

nah you dont have to wait 7 days, it will be verified almost instantly when you verified in discord.
if you cant verify in the discord server for various reasons, you can go to the "Discord verification bypass request" section and create a new thread. then your account will be manually verified.
if you can verify using discord, simply go to the official austiblox discord and look for the #verify channel. join that server link and follow instructions from there.
