When you don't have extended barrel or laser, STAND STILL WHEN YOURE READY TO SHOOT AND PLAY LIKE ITS CSGO. This because you get an accuracy penalty when you're moving. If you're using the Burst perk, you should pretty much always do this, no matter what other perks you have on.
