For 2009 I recommend Bitview (bitview.net)

For 2016, 2017, and 2018, I recommend this Addon/Extension called YouTube redux. Basically, it transforms the youtube page to use the old UI. It's also one of the only ones that stays updated. (works on youtube.com)
