ok so i gave exception to avast for the zip file link for it to download, dragged it to downloads, extracted the file, gave exception to the 1 whole file, and what now? all it gives is this error. im not in tears anymore jsyk
Check to see if that file exists in the bin folder, if it does, run that as admin, if it does not, you did not properly add the exception.
