I read the FAQ, and it said that Windows Defender wrongly accuses austiblox of being a trojan. I understood that defender sucks and always does that so I trusted the installer. Then, I noticed Norton ALSO flagged it as a trojan. I got a bit worried then, so I tried running a test on VirusTotal, and 18 out of 64 vendors flagged it as nearly the same thing: "Trojan."

So, I was wondering, austiblox users... Is it actually safe? I am not creating accusations, but I am wondering because many sources say this is a virus/trojan. I will not launch the executable unless I get about 3 or more sources saying it is a safe program. Thank you. Sincerely - ub3r

Yeah its a false positive because the URI is packed to prevent people from messing the game up.

Alright! Also, why does Novetus not get flagged but Austiblox does? Is it because of the URI being heavily edited?

I meant heavily edited game files, not URI. My bad.

Okay, thanks. I unfortunately can't play this though because my antivirus deletes every single file from the directory and disables the internet access WITHOUT an option to flag it as safe.

if your on windows 10/11 you should be able to make an exception on both Norton and Windows defender, you should be able to find instructions for that in faq. also Austiblox is safe just alot of revivals in general are detected as malware but its just false positives.
