The newly employed moderators do not give off a good impression for people on Austiblox. Every game I join, there's a group of moderators tugging themselves off with :god me, :fling others, :kick xxx, etc.
Initially, I felt somewhat frustrated that new mods were abusing these commands on every game. But you know what? I'll give you mods the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it's in the spirit of the server to have fun led by admin commands (cough cough Finobe hangouts), so I'll just leave and play another game.
What good is that? When everyone is playing one game due to the limited playerbase? Therefore, all the admins usually happen to be concentrated in one server. And boy, you lot are a nuisance for people who just want to play normally.
For one such example, I was playing "Thieves in the House". There are around 5 new moderators in the server. The admins:
Flung people around
Deleted the arm of the owner with a gun and froze him, mind you this was a regular player, not an admin, who left quite quickly after
Gave themselves infinite money,
Kicked me for clicking at 9 CPS (not even Minecraft PVP standard) with a golden gun (60k money upgrade) in Thieves in the House
One made themselves invisible
Changed the ambience so that it was all over the place,
This doesn't apply to just Thieves in the House. This is the same shit, happening in every game.
This is exactly why I hated using any admin commands. I don't know if it's because Gage employed a team of 14/15 year olds or something, but the moderator team has never shown to take any accountability for what other moderators, or they themselves have done. If any of you moderators/admins are reading this, it's not your personal playground. Stop treating every game like Kohl's Admin House. Stop blaming other moderators for if they've done something wrong. You represent the face of this revival.
Not to mention the Gartic Phone incident, however that is largely irrelevant to the current team we have.
There are some admins and moderators which I respect (can't recall any of the top of my head), the ones who use their power sparingly, just to bypass a bug in a game for example. I love you guys. You should be the first impression given to new Austiblox players.
For the others however, I'm going to admit. I dislike you more than the Finobe admin team right now. Even the Finobe admins did not abuse their commands as much as you guys.
If you moderators have any rebuttals to make, post them here. If Gage would like to comment, he would be welcome to do so. Please have some level of courtesy other than replying with something retarded, because it doesn't make you look any better.
TL;DR moderators are already power tripping within 3 days of earning mod
