IP, E-mail visibility and RCEs on clients? | Forum
this post is just to seek any form of clarification from the mods and admins, since, I have read on reddit, that, apparently, the staff is able to see our IPs, And E-mail address linked to our account, plus, that the different game version clients apparently have malicious RCEs, i just want to know, is this really true or they just making things up
the only reason why they would have our ip is to make sure we are not using a vpn, or that my or your ip doesn't match up with any kind of server or vpn, and for emails i don't think that they can. but i don't know so much about these roblox clients can be RCEd through but any old software that uses peer to peer (also knew as P2P) networking you can most likely be RCEd with.
