(DISCLAMER: MY USERNAME IS NOT RELATED TO THE USER WHO HAVE BEEN BANNED)
so my friend ningamasqu got banned because his username was apparently "a bypass for mentionning the nword" for him but his username isn't intended to be racist at all, i took alot of time before creating an acc just to talk abt this and his username was basically his username of roblox that he took, like basically his username was a mistake because at our childhood we just swapped G and J, like for example G = J, J = G when we we're child until the end of our 11y old we though it was like this, so basically his username was basically "ninjamasqu" but he just made the error to confuse J to G, so thats how "ningamasqu" was created, and at that time we we're innocent so the nword weren't existing for us like we didn't even know that existed.
why am i doing that post ? because actually since roblox is getting worsen every day we are just looking roblox revivals that actually worth it, austiblox does worth it but when ninja told me that he was banned with no way to contact for asking to get his acc back with any ways to make his username being appropriate to the terms, i was just thinking if i should do a forum on austiblox, its been like 3 months i was thinking before even taking action for this.
ninja told me when he tried to contact the support saying that he was falsely banned and flagged as "racist guy" he told me that a mod named "roow51" told him that his acc ain't getting unbanned and he was clear that he wouldn't even be racist at his own race because he just find this as non sense to be racist at your own race, and he also told to roow if he can get at least unbanned but with his username changed so that the misstake would be just corrected, but it was also rejected and then he told like "if i was racist i would be banned a long time ago" and he got wrongly banned, leaving him with no way to contact the support to get another more experienced mod that actually thinks before saying between yes or no, sorry roow if you see this but just get more skills, it isn't ningamasqu telling this btw.
so yeah we want to go to austiblox but with a way of unbanned my friend and letting him changing his username, because there is a part where i find austiblox moderation weird tho, like when he contacted a moderator the moderator didn't even wanna listen to him, which a mod shouldn't do this exactly like it prove for me that this is already a point of being unexperienced, second, why he couldn't just change his username like the mod tells the team if he can be allowed to change his username and reaching another more with more perms or whatever, but yeah, i find it weird on how exactly austiblox moderation is weird (and if i can say it, being unexperienced).
also ninja told me that hes maybe ip banned, same for another friend we know because when our another friend acc was created it was created at ninja's home when our another friend visited him, so he got also ip banned ig, at the time im doing this im currently trying to find how unexperienced moderators are and why they falsely got flagged with no way to contact them, if a mod wanna contact me its directly here and not in another social media, i often use discord or whatever
