I wanna post a game i make in roblox studio but when i hit upload it just deleted and nothing happen. What can i do?

Please make sure all red text and notes are followed, otherwise the form is kick backed. file cant be 80mb+ and must be a .rbxl (not rbxlx)

and how do i convert the rbxl into a xml bc my game is encrypted
