I downloaded Austiblox and opened but smartscreen wasn't blue and it was red then after a few minutes Windows Defender came up with TrojanDropper:Win32/Malgent!MSR

What's going on?

This didn't happen before.

Same thing happened for me except I checked it on VirusTotal and wow.
