common gears = Gears players that do nothing much
IRS gears = Cool gears more than doing nothing
Moderator Gears = Extremely cool Gears that can do things and can add features to the Mod like powers and etc.
Admin Gears = Gears that can have the power to DESTROY THE MAP and do other thing
Gage gear = Exclusive gear for only for gage that has the power to ban the map
-disconnects players
-Banishes players
-Remove things and adds things whitin the game
-Banishes players from the map either foreve or for a few days or minutes
