Hello, I'm a new player to this platform, I was just wondering about an issue I'm having. Whenever I log into a place, the UI is the same, more modern one no matter what client I enter, it'll be the 2015 GUI no matter if I join a 2012 or 2013 client. is this intentional or is there something I'm doing wrong?

You seem to have been joining places while a maintenance has been conducted at the time being, you are now able to join places using the 2012 or 2013 client.
To check for a client(s) maintenance, please check for the red bar on top, which is the announcement bar. This will tell you if there's a maintenance or not.
