It turns out you can't change graphics settings in the actual client.
So recently the AustiBlox account on Twitter informed me about how you can change the graphics settings.
Step 1: Go to file explorer and type this in your address bar: C:\Austiblox
Step 2: Go to bin then click on Server.exe (you might have to download the host files on the austiblox download page if server.exe is not in the folder)
Step 3: Go to options and click Settings
Step 4: change the graphics quality to custom, then you will finally have the ability to click "Change custom graphics options"
and then you can finally mess with it! When you're done, close the window and the Novetus Settings to save changes.
