Shoutout to "coolchetos." in the discord server for finding this out, I'm sending this here for others to use and find.
Step 1, Make your way to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Roblox (or if it's different for some reason, C:\Users\Username\LocalAppData\Roblox)
Step 2, Search or scroll for "GlobalSettings_13". If it's for 2010, search for GlobalSettings_4 instead. Don't select "GlobalBasicSettings_13" or "GlobalBasicSettings_4", you won't find it there. If it's opening up on your browser, right click the file and go through the following: Open with>Choose another app>Notepad>Always/Just once (this is what i did)
Step 3. Scroll back and fourth until you find "<token name="Shadow">0</token>". If the 0 isn't any other number that isn't 1, change it to 1, and save the file. If it's already at 1 somehow, switch it to another number, save, switch it back to 1, and save the file again.
Step 4. Go into your preferred client. If you're seeing the shadows, you're done!
