) I've already tried reinstalling the launcher, restarting my computer, different browsers but nothing worked.

I click to play a game, the launcher loads, then it closes and no client window pops up. I checked task manager and there is a process for the client that's running, but I don't see any window
you dont gottta turn off your antivirus, you just have to run the updater as admin

did you figure it out? are you on windows 11? my friend is having the same issue! she excluded any of the folders that she was installing it to, and even reinstalled. she can never get the updater to actually open
