I have some problems with my windows xp sp2 vm.
1. The cursor breaks when I try to play.
2. The menu does not work for novetus and im not able to go into any games due to this problem:

I tried sending the problem to Microsoft, but that did nothing.

Get SP3 (or USP4). For the cursor make sure you focus it into the VM (plug a mouse into it)
if you have vmware workstation or fusion pro enable game mode for the mouse
and install all the requirements in the novetus folder (c++ redistrubatle, visual basic redist, etc)
