I know this might sound weird and very skeptical but on September 3rd, 2021, I was trading with a user named Dev5X on ROBLOX and I sent them a trade and the only one I sent:

What I sent: Neon Green Equinox and McBrighteyes Shamrockin' Headphones for a Green Banded Top Hat



A few seconds later after I sent the trade to Dev5X they accepted and it had said I ONLY put my Dr. Shamrock  when I actually didn't and it was stolen from me and I don't know what to do. I'm speechless almost after a complete year. (they also shortly put their trades to high value only a little while later too, preventing me to get them back)



However, I did receive what I asked for, just in case anyone thinks this is a "UUC Scam" which it's not. They stole an item, an item I didn't even put in the trade bar at all.



I tried sending ROBLOX an email on September 4, 2021 to get a rollback, and they said they couldn't help me out because I did a ROBLOX trade "offsite" and that they cannot restore items that you traded away (in which this case, I didn't trade my Dr. Shamrock at all and made it sound like I actually traded that item away). I actually traded and did the whole trade on ROBLOX and did not even send a trade to Dev5X with my Dr. Shamrock, and so I contacted them ROBLOX Support again on June 28, 2022, and all I've got is "your in the queue" which has gotten quite annoying lately, and just to stare at with no responses at all...


I haven't gotten a response since the last day of June, which being "your in the queue" since the 28th, and now no response since the last day of June.



I'm completely devistated. I have no idea what to do or how to get any help, so I'm asking here. If you even know how someone can even steal your item like this when you didn't even put it in the tradebar even in the exact trade you sent them, it would also help me as I've still been trying to contact ROBLOX since July 2, 2022.



(Oh and also Dev5X did not send a single trade btw, only I did, I know it may look like I sent two trades, but the second one is a deleted test trade "mockup of the real trade" I sent to Dev5X (which the mockup one I quickly declined to prevent any more items stolen from me) to see if the items I originally sent were still in my posession after my Dr. Shamrock was stolen, I know this might add some confusion but I've listed everything above of what happened, just in case you get confused reading the last bits here).

Update 7/18/22: I got a message saying they are looking into my account with the Account Restores Team on July 5th.

It's been 13 days since I last heard from ROBLOX Support. I'm scared that they won't respond, and I'm completely disgusted and still in shock that they haven't even took action and banned Dev5X and or respond to me or let me know if I even compensate for a rollback.


I don't know what the next steps should be... and I really want my item back (of course since I never even put it in the trade bar!) and I've been really worried that I could be straight up ingored, which seems more likely every and each day passing by.

Update 7/19/22:


This is all I have at the moment and I'm heartbroken on just how bad their support is and it's been more than almost 2 weeks and I get greeted with this message.

I don't know what to do next. I've publicly spoken about Dev5X before and I've even publicly spoken about my situation regarding my stolen item on September 4, 2021. I don't know what my next move should be other than taking another risk just to get my item back from the current owner, @Pictur3d (Picture) on ROBLOX which I don't feel comfortable doing at the moment.

I'm currently trying ROBLOX support with a new ticket again. Hopefully this time goes smooth or else I might have to think of a "Plan B" soon.

My only hope if ROBLOX doesn't help would be if an Austiblox user has contact with Pictur3d on ROBLOX, and could possibly see this forum message through sharing the link or something. I really don't know what to do anymore. Even my ROBLOX account doesn't have enough value in items (I mean I do have over 100K) but I don't have any items that could fit in one trade and that's a problem for me. 



Hopefully, Pic. If you see this, it's me. I'm the long lost owner. Check your UUID in Rolimon's (rolimons.com) and you'll find me, you'll know the user from the timeline:


September 3rd, 2021 is when it was also handed to me from my sister (which the "private inventory person" before me is my sister, because I lended it to her for a few months on December 25, 2020 as a gift and then I got it on September 3rd from her because recently at that time had another Dr. Shamrock which I traded for a Virdian Domino Crown, which the serial number was #28 (the Dr. Shamrock if I got you confused) and then I had gotten the #57 from my sister, which was stolen from me on the same day when I traded for a GBTH (Green Banded Top Hat) which as I stated (at 11PM something EST time, most likely 11:05-11:30 PM), I never had put the Dr. Shamrock (#57) in the trade) and was stolen from Dev5X somehow.

Still nothing from ROBLOX support. I'm completely lost now and it's been 6 days since my inital message on the third email I sent to ROBLOX regarding this.

I really need help...
