i disabled extensions and such and this still occurs, why is that? how can i fix it?

I am unable to reproduce the issue with the settings provided. Did you try loading the site in Incognito mode? Another browser?

for some reason it works just fine on firefox and not on chrome, maybe its the total chrome screen resolution? i think i remember changing it a few months ago to have the ui look larger
